Big Problem And Question!

    Ok lets see if you can help me with this ok what if i wanted to make a really good pic say the one in my signature as 250x250 and have alot of things on it how do i make very good quality and save it for a web as 15k and still have alot of quality??? or do people just make the quality a lil bad but u can still see it very good and they put alot of brightness on it??

    The higher the quality th bigger the file. To make it smaller, knock the quality down a little and shorten the animation (if you are animating it) a little.

    And dont bump 3 times in 10 minutes. Give people some time.

    Hydrogen is right ^^^ the more stuff the bigger the size but hmm..no idea of turning an image with dimensions 250x250 , with stuff on it & filesize being 15kb

    Ah... Outwar... Well don't even think of using a png ;) What I did to keep my pics under 15k was playing around with quality and blur settings of jpeg. Try putting the blur setting at 5 and if it's not too blurry set it to 10 then 15 etc. and dont forget top put the quality to 35 or so and look in the lower left corner to see the size of the pic with the current settings. I would suggest not to go above 14k since outwar won't take it if it's above like 14.5
