Cool Beam Effect

if you want an effect like this:

Listen up...
when your done with your sig and your just touching up and you want this effect grab the brush fuzzball then click on the gun or cannon 3 or 4 times (to your liking) then go to blending options and give it an outer glow with a off white with a lil yellow as the outer glow color for the glow effect, then change layer effect to soft light. and then your done

What color do you paint the fuzzball? White?

 

Fuzzball is a Default Brush..

 

make the fuzzball white

What default set is it from? Wet brushes? Faux brushes? Do tell!!

Yea man I can't find fuzzball either. The tutorial is helpful though.
