Since I can't animate I want an annoying sig

font: just something that's simple and bolded eg. Arial etc..
colors: black and white
animation: must be flashing

And I tried making mine faster (no delay) and I thought I was gonna have a seizure. uhg.

 

My test does not move around fool unless your got problems the only bit of text that moves is the AR on the last frame
and look hes using it meaning he wont pay out creds coz you were not smart enough to put antirip on it <_<
