    how do i put a border on like this one.

    seach button or tut section :) theres alot of tuts on borders

    new layer > select all > stroke > 1px inside

    That's a 3 pixel border, though. It's not that hard. Even if you had to do it the hard way, it'd only take you 1 minute.

    yeah u have a 3px border on it already just go to blending options and change it to overlay :D
