Nah... and you don't know what the "numa numa" song is? It's that song from the "numa numa" video... http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/206373
Yea, I hate how some of the rockers or w/e always say rap is ---- and takes no tallent, when they don't listen to it.. And if they have they probably listened to 50cent or someone else. There are alot of rappers (Tupac, Jedi mind tricks, Eyedea, Immortal-technique, much more) who actually rap about real life situations. I love rap, I love the beats of the music, and I love the lyrics. If rap takes no tallent anyone would be able to put together their own album and get paid millions, right? Well thats not true. If it didnt take talent being a rapper wouldnt really be an ocupation, just a hobby. I personally have never said rock, or any genre for that fact sucks. Because if I can't do half as good as any of those artists, what right do I have to say that what they do is crap.
Nice Taste, and nice view on things =P [/b][/quote] Agreed, lots of ppl say rap is just noise with bass and rock isint? ppl who listen to screamers say rap is annoying well i guess screaming in your ear is better  (no offense to ppl who listen to screamers).
@Slurpee Just because you can't do something as well as someone else, doesn't mean that the person is any good. Just because someone can somewhat play the guitar doesn't make them good because I wouldn't know how to play one... You can have your opinion, and I can have mine. If I was to say country sucks, I better damn well have a good reason for it, or else I'll just look like an idiot. Look at Linkin Park as an example. They suck, yet they make millions. Why do they suck? Their singer can't sing, and they play the same boring music over and over. They've made it big, but that's only because angst-filled kids somehow liked it. Just because you can sell records doesn't mean you're any good. Anyways, I'm not trying to argue with you, I'm just playing the devil's advocate.
Saing all rap sounds the same is ignorant when heavy metal all you hear is screaming. I am only saying this because I have heard hevy metal and listened to it and all I hear is screaming and drums mixed with guitar. Saying rap is not unique is stupid. 50 cent, ying yang twins, lil jon, etc are not rap they are hip-hop. They are considered CLUB rappers. I listen to kanye west, jay-z, mos def, etc What these guys say is intelligent. At first you might be thinking they are just talking rubish but when you comprehend it, it amazes you. Just respect other people and quit being stupid.
dude i completely agree with u, i love rock but hate rap but i dont give a sh1t if people listen to it vice versa, its a free world and people can do whatever the hell they feel like
A lot of people need to know that. Its kind of sad how loads of young kids get sucked into listening to ---- like 50 Cent,Fat Joe(Or as I say,Fat Hoe),etc.
50 and all those club rappers...there good at what they do...they make music that is easy to dance/grind to...if dancing music is all someone is looking for then 50 is fine... some are looking for depressing music...musicians like stained... some want music where they can let loose...screamo musicians and hardcore music come in.... some hate the world...so they might listen to deathmetal.... some people are looking for something deeper in music...looking for some truth...and thats where underground(non-mainstream) music comes it...it is an acquired taste... ya this post is full of stereotypes...so what?
I just like to listen to rap because I like some of the rappers lyrics.. Most of the time I can relate to most of it so that helps. I don't really care what music anyone listens to, their choice, doesnt make em a different person. I have plenty of friends who are "rockers"..
Let me tell you how very wrong you are. The music you listen to affects many peoples' actions. Trust me, I know from experience. I went from rap to rock, and so did my style and the way I talked/acted. I've been told that I would try and act "hard" or whatever, even though I don't recall myself every trying to be or thinking I was. Now as I listen to rock, I carry myself different, and I even find myself liking new styles. I find myself growing my hair out, and I even am starting to like the clothes of "rockers". Whereas when I listened to rap, I wanted short hair and baggier, more "ghetto" type clothes.
