Can you use brushes from like, deviantart on photoshop elements 3.0? How do you upload brushes onto it?

 

It depends on the compatibility of the brushes.Most brushes are made for PS7 and up,but there may be some for Elements.

 

I will pay someone 5 credits if they can find me some PE 3.0 brushes.
