Shows up every 5 minutes with an pop up...annoying as hell. Ignore doesn't work, neither does retry.

    Any ideas?

Comes up no matter what browser I use. CrazyBrowser, Firefox, etc.

I think its a Mircosoft critical update that you need. I'd try Microsoft update or Re-instal that Visual CC thing.

Nah really its not a critical error. You have removed spyware recently. I get the same thing from IE after i ran Spy Bot S&D. Eh i use firefox mostly, but i need IE to load a few pages here and there. And i have noticed that that error only comes about when IE tries to be naughtry and load a popup.

    CRTL+ALT+del

then find explorer.exe delete that. now your screen will go haywire.
now open up the task manager (crtl+alt+del) and new task. run a folder deep within your c:\. and everything will come back up. problem solved

really all you need to do is just reinstall IE, basically what happend was when you deleted said spyware, you deleted attached core c++ runtime library files. no big deal, really.... IE will function wit out them. Really, i would rather ust let it keep popping p occasionally, than go thru the trouble to fix it. but how ever you wish.
