im having some mager proplems now for some reason i cant open up my firewall it always says error i cant get on msn i cant get on internet sometimes it would say this program could not be opened i have no clue wtf is going on but i feel as im slowly being hacked, and i cant reset my pc already tried it also what ever anti virus/spyware program i open it come up saying error "this program has encountered a problem and need to close. we are sorry for the inconvenience." and when i go to login on any site it comes up saying page cannot be displayed i cant order nuffin frm play.com now cant use msn this is ----ing anouying i am trying to back up my software and files but i keep getting this and if u cant see the picture like me it says E:/ is not accessible. incorrect function
yeh but evertime i do it gets worse like when u go to start, all prog, then Accessories there is normaly a load of stuff in there on mine now its empty
yeh i just get the same bull---- things. i just need to back up my files i will be happy i can then format my C:\ drive
Do you know if your USB drives work? Cause then you could just use one of them USB drives to store your stuff on until you reformat.

Then www.download.com Search for CCleaner - download it and run it. Then www.google.com search for AVG anti virus install it - update it, and run it. Then go to www.zonealarm.com - download it and run it. This WILL fix everything.

go to start>run then type msconfig. Go to the start-up tab and take a screenshot of everything that runs at start-up, or write it down and post the results here, you may have something running that could be messing with you.
No he meant, when you go to start > run then type in msconfig in the box, and then in the window that appears click the tab that says startup
Just keep the SNDMon checked, uncheck everything else, then restart. When the box comes up after you restart, check the "dont show this"box and click OK, and see if things are running better.
