The idea is nice, but during peak times there would probably be about 5 posts in the shoutbox per second. Therefore it would almost be impossible to track your posts.
Nah, man, nevurr really liked shoutboxes. They seem rather pointless to me. If I wanted to say sumfin I'd either go to chat or in the general forum >_<
As llam has pointed out, be almost impossible to keep up. Also another thing to keep in mind: - Shoutbox create even more SQL queries ran. Meaning at peak times, and backup times: more lag. Also means another area for moderators to govern, no thank you. BFTP
