There's not much to say about it yet. Personally i think if you just add text then i can't see the outcome being good. It's goona need more than that. And i wouldn't call it abstract ....it looks more like a grunge bg to me. As a grunge bg i think it's a good one.

I know..it looks 1000 times better in PS..its not fair, when I put it on here it always changes colour and goes horrible quality and urgh!
That's just a bg with barely seeable abstract brushing..you should colorize it and it doesn't look like abstract it's more of a grunge bg like the others said.
