I Need Help Please

Ok, first question is; are there brushes that make little sparcles. Im sick of the same brushes i use. Like if Im not mistaken, neoblade uses these brushes that look like sparcles. Anywhere to get them? please help

Ok, second question is; I d/l darks brush pack, and as villain told me, its for ps7. I put it in

Local(C>Program Files>Adobe>Adobe Photoshop 7>Presets>Brushes

Then after brushes there is a folder called Adobe photoshop 7 brushes only, which is where i place most of them. Is this the right place to darks brush pack?

 

i just put them in here: C:>Program Files>Adobe>Adobe Photoshop 7>Presets>Brushes (and they always work)

Good! I've been looking for some more nice brushes, but I cant go to 35mb.com with Firefox >_<
