My friend wanted me to install ibstore for him on his forums.
The ibstore he had has some files that need to be uploaded to his 'html' folder.
However, in the directory where his board is installed, there is no 'html' folder.
is there something wrong with his board?

    This is confusing!
Biketillidie, are you saying you put the html folder in your root dir?
Or all the contents of it in ur root dir?

Ok, what you do is, in your FTP program, take the HTML folder that comes in the 'upload' portion of the store files and upload that to your forum's root directory. Just upload the HTML folder and everything else inside of it will go along too without you needing to do anything to 'em

ya do what he said, my store keeps getting messed up now and i switched to what every1 else is doing and it stopped being messed up.

ALSO: what are scratchcards? they are an option in my ACP but I don't have any and they didn't come with my ibstore...

Why are you asking this here?

When the actual support topic for the IBStore is on Invisionize, your question has already probably been answered over there.
