so far i got a case and the power supply, the case is pretty good, it came with psu 450 wattz, the case has blue light comming from the glass side and at the front, has big room too so thats that. the cooling systems is pretty good too, it can hold up to 6 fans, 3 fans included. the back can be stored 2x80mm fans but the case came with 120mm fan, the front has 120 mm fan and the side is 80 mm fan. the last is psu i think. case so far im trying to get is this, and i want to know if these will all work to get the CHEAPEST best gaming computer that im building. -the motherboard wont be dual sli because i dont want to spend extra 100 bucks just for one more pci express port and some useless features. so im getting an msi instead. Motherboard -the processor im getting is AMD Athlon 64 3000+ venice because its cheap and just as good as 3500 and stuff, since it has venice core, it will take LOW voltage means less heat so you can overclock up to 2.8 ghz. when i buy this im going to oc it to 2.5 ghz at start. CPU -Graphic card is going to be 6600 GT because its way cheaper and just as good as 6800, only a bit better. the reason im not getting such a high card is because just start off with a decent card now, and it will last for abotu 1 or 2 years and soon enough the higher cards will be cheaper, so that i can buy that card and do the same. GPU -Ram will be corsair 2 x512 pc 3200 400 mhz yadda yadda. the cas is 2.5 so its good enough im not spending extra 65 bucks just to get the cas to be lowered to 2. Memory -HD and DVD drive i already have, i can reuse it from the computer i have to put here, the hd is 80 gb, and i dont care as long as it can be reused. i already have dvd drive so meh. the softwares and EVERYthing esle is going to be planned out, my dad friend has all the copy of prgrams so he will install it for free. im deciding to get a new hd and dvd drive. will this all work together?
yeah dont listen to me cause i dont know anything listen to the guys tht sound like they know wht they are talkin bout
Yes it would all work together. I would a couple extra bux and get the 3200+ imo. try looking for a motherboard that has a pci-e x16 slot. your video card will run much better and faster. Are you getting a psu? cuz if not the one you have now. shud have at least 350-400 watts
