I Need A Little Help

You all know the little rectangular sig type things that some people have. How do you make those? what are the dimensions and stuff? and do you use photoshop to animate them or do you use a flash program? any help would be greatly appreciated

 

It would help if you posted an example of what exactly ur referring to

 

dimensions rang but are generally about the 400*100-150 range.
PS is used for most of everything, most people use imageready for animations.
