Ok . Im about to bitch, ban me if you want. Since you guys were so strict and removed my entry because it didnt have the 696 at the end why did *Blood*'s sig didnt get DQed also since it DID NOT include * and *. When you are strict at least apply the rules to everyone.

I want an answer.
