    you prob cant even find a mobo and processor fro under 350

    you might be able to but you cant if you add in a GFX card

    you makign your limits wayyy too low

    Nah thats not true. I built my friend a PC a few months ago to run 1.6 and CZ at the most, put that all together for under $375 (w/o shipping though, but that didnt matter at the time). All my parts came from newegg.com fyi.
