ok i have a couple problems with photoshop. problem 1:, when im making an image inside photoshop it appears darker and more vibrant than the picture appears when i save it/go to preview it when i click save for web. this makes it alot harder to make good art because i have to keep clicking save for web to see the real colors, it has been like this with photoshop 7 and i recently switched to CS2 and its still like this problem 2: suddenly all my stuff is messed up. my rulers are HUGE in terms of measurement, like 1 inch - 3 inch mark basically goes from 1 end of my screen to the other. and my text is all messed up now, 8 size font is as big as 40 size font now, and when i make it really small (what 8 size would normally be) with a pixel font it messes it up and looks like crap! i dont kno why its doing this if anyone knows how to fix these problems please let me kno! will +rep for helping!
Check your screen resolution. -To get rid of rulers, just go to view>rulers and uncheck it -Or just reinstall....
if that not work uninstal and reinstal thats what i had to do when stupid stuff started to happen to mine
sigh took like 9 years to install it ill give that a try...but thats not gonna fix the color problem since its like that on ps7 also
the color problem is most likly your pc lol maybe get a new monitor or something change your colors cause i never heard of that before
Possible a problem with your graphics card. Go to the manufacurers website and download the latest drivers. Hopefully that helps.
i have latest drivers, and i use geforce 6600GT pci express card. do u think theres something in my setting thats making it view colors in programs more sharply than regular files or something?
