What's The Best Program

What's the best program to do sigs on i want to start doing my own sigs and was wondering what was the best program =]

 

Im 99% sure that most people here will tell you to get PhotoShop.
Only trial versions are legal though. Unless you go out and buy it. But its very costly ^_^

Yes the trial works. Only thing is that you only have it for a certain period of time.
Im just going to say this. And if you dont get what i mean. Well, im not really allowed to go into detail here.
Just "Buy" it.

 

theres an auction on ebay for a full version of cs2 for 50$ it ends in 9 hours though
