So, whenever I save a .png, I get this option to interlace it or not. Normally I dont, but I've found that some places wont display my pictures if they arent interlaced.

should I do that? Is it good, or bad? will it drop the quality of my pictures? Thanks :)

interlacing in short affects how an image appears as it loads, it does nto affect quality... if you have a small image interlacing may actually make the image load faster. if you have a huge image you may want to interlace it to make it more visable as it loads, at the cost of total download speed.
