how do u make your text like bubble letters??? som1 plz tell me

 

uhhh. im guessing what you mean is this:

Click on your text layer. Right click the layer, go to "Blending Options".
Find "Bevel and Emboss" and clikc that. Now add a bevel, change the settings yo your satisfaction.

Also, adding a shadow looks good, and whatever else you can come upw ith. Anything in that "blending options" box will help you
