Microsoft Windows Xp Sp2

Ok wtf? My Windows XP SP2 Firewall will not startup! I restarted my PC over and over and still nothing! Whats wrong this is PI$$I|\|9 me off very much (I i made the PI$$I|\|9 for a censorship)

 

dont use windows firewall, get norton or something. windows firewall only monitors incoming traffic not outgoing.

 

I have KAV Personal. It only stops Like Port Scans and Internet attacks and what not. yes i knnow about the WIndows FIrewall but i dont care i want it up i must have the protection. :blink:

 

I had the same prob. Firewall service didn´t start because I had a virus that was stopping it. Check ur computer for viruses

 

I cant cause i need this answered : http://www.gamerenders.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=83254 so i can get a free viru scan from diferent AV's cause you know not all AV's are the same so some Av's pick up diff viruses. And some dont lke i have KAV and it sasy theirs no viruses. So i want to get a free virsu scan from a wesbite but cant.

 

Kav is the best virus scanner you can use.... so just use that.

 

does it say the firewall is on in the windows secruity center.

try disabling all items in the msconfig>run window
