    I use bt... or if I have to use a filesharing prog I dont have anything in my shared folder.

    yup she got fined 5000 and if her mum didnt pay up within a week she was away to jail for 2yrs or more :blink:

    lol I am going to save all my stuff on to a disc and store it some where then I am restrating my computer the whole will be blank!

    The illegal discussions run deep in this thread.... you guys a stupid for downloading anything really. Unless the author clearly states its free. I get ALL my stuff legit, because Im not going to jail over a freaking computer!

    My sentiments exactly. Most of the people here could recieve student discounts on software like I do, and not have to worry about warez, or the troubles involved with them. Viruses, worms, trojans, yada yada yada, jail time; not worth the risk IMO. Be careful kiddies.

    get the disc from school... all I have to say. warez is generally nto worth it, just pass around a CD a little... I don't get copywrited stuff off of limewire anymore.

    warez can be stopped by parents by putting in word filters.

    Yeah - Ill ususally buy legit when i got alot of cash but if its like a several hundred dollar program...anyways this is all about the money and the industry.

    Make the corporations happy, thats it. Besides, the more publicity it gets, the more users will pop up. Its a pointless struggle to shut it down.
