I posted in staff that I'm considering leaving, it's pretty obvious why. But do you really think, as members, that my leaving will make a big difference, or will it stay the same. Be honest and let me know, because if I really am needed, I can add that to reasons why to stay or why not to stay. But please don't say I'm needed just because you want me to stay, I might go on a temp break anyway. Will my leaving really make a difference to you guys though?

I have no real opinion on this matter, however it is my opinion that with as members that are here we need every single moderator possible. I think its in GameRenders pinion as a whole that you stay. However like I said I have no real opinion and I dont know the backround of your situation!
this may sound as a big surprise to u atm but i really think you shouldn't leave gr Gamerenders needs you why you may ask? Coz ur a person who thinks rational and you try to do your best to avoid people getting flamed in trouble and for the real big surprise, you are just a great person
I know you have made a diference, you have started some very successfullthings, like the "rate the sig above you" thread, but I never saw you around too much, I guess you just stayed in the background and did what was needed. I don't think your absence would make a huge diference but you are from what I can tell, a very good mod.
No offense, I used to know you, but now I never see you, all I see is like 2 posts a day and someone who makes SOTW threads every now and then. If you left, I really dfon't think there would be a huge change, because there wasn't much of a change when you became moderator...sorry. If your leaving cause of Rave... We all miss him.
Yes, this is what I thought. You see, I used to be a very active member posting everyday, but when I became a mod I was still active but with all the jobs I was doing, I didn't have as much time to post. Lately I've been so busy (with other things) that I haven't been posting much at all. Another big thing is that alot of you guys don't know me (or not very much) that's becuase all the people I used to know and be friends with have gone over to NOS, so none of my friends are still here. I'm happy to know I've made some differences for the better of this forum, I hope I'll be remembered by some of them. Thanks for the replies people.

I remember some times before you became mod when you did post a lot and made some really great GFX. But since then, really, you've just been like a shadow here, posting a couple of times but not really doing much as a mod (aside from the SOTW). So to be very honest, I don't think your going would make much difference unless you stay and become really active again. There's no doubt you've definitely done some great things for this place tho, so good luck with your decision.
