I just wanted to say hello. I'm interested in some of the designing competitions on this board and look forward to competing against some of the more senior members.

I'm competant with some of the more professional applications of Photoshop and this whole "sig"business is still a little new to me. I'm taking in as much information as I can form tutorials though and have had some moderate success so far.

As you can see I don't have a sig attached ot this post but that will change quickly. I'm a teacher and am living in Japan right now. Spare time is scarce but I'll try to contribute when I can.

Please forgive my spelling. Japanese keyboards are slightly different (like 106 keys instead of 101 and the key response is strange).

In Canada I taught painting and basic computing but I'm teaching English in Japan (until December). I'll be returning to the Great White North in the New Year to work for an IT company I'm starting with a good friend.

And thanks for the 'welcomes' from everyone.
