thats no error it always says that all its saying is that your are just deleting the shortcut not the hole file if you want to do that you gotta go to like your c drive or were ever it is

 

no i cant acces add remove programs

 

maybe becouse its hiden but the ezest way is to go to your c drive and fully remove it there if it is in your c drive

 

have you tried to get into add remove programs from your controll panell?

 

try add/remove controll panel , if it doesnt let you go in go to >> my computer >C:\ > programs and looks for the folder Quick time player and check if there are feils missing or erros.
