when i download a brush with firefox it brings up the DOWNLOAD pallete and it says OPEN or REMOVE how do i put it in my brushes folder
it should say, open or download... download them then open up Photoshop and load them in that how i do it

You are looking at the download manager, they are saving somewhere else. That just shows what you have downloaded and what is still downloading. Go to tools>options>downloads and it will tell you where they are being saved.
ok.. well i will try to help again click save to disk ok.. now open photoshop and click file>open and open the brushes that you saved on your desktop [if the pictures say, "user posted image" right click them and click View Image]
