    i need help with my printer


    it wont print any thing just scan pictures and the plug is in teh system do i need any thing? or the printer icon needs to be in teh taskbar

    oh and i'm using Dell AIO Printer A940



    heres wat it says (attached)

    is the printer even installed?
    go to:
    Start>control panel>printers and other hardware>view installed printers and faxes
    see if theres anything in there

    nothing there and i tried " add printer "

    well it should have come with a disc to install it.....
    do you have that?

    Get the install disc. Put it in. Install whatever you need.
    Make sure you have the Printer Plugged in. And that the USB cable is connected to the printer and the CPU.
    After that, it should work ^_^
