I am not asking for help or what but I am giving adivice on how to fix something if someone has the same problem since it took me months to figure out lol...

My photoshop usually stopped responding after I used a variation of keyboard shortcuts mainly the Stepbackwards one. I could still select things from the menu but no action would preform... The program didn't "lock" up but just didn't allow commands to be preformed... So if you have something like this as a problem I have found the solution for ya hopefully...

If you use Windowblinds use the "unload windowblinds" command and it won't happen again. If anyone can tell me why this would cause photoshop CS and CS2 to do this then please let me know. I liked using windowblinds but I use photoshop all the time and it was a pain to restart it everytime I used a keyboard shortcut.

I always have the problem when switching between brushes. Also have a problem with my favorites window in IE. Menu flashes fast and links take forever or dont launch at all.

And yes unloading WinBlinds solves that
