    i just did that right now and nop i didnt work am still on the new profile i made i ust wanna switch bck to defualt profile

    my post...it tells how to make the profile manager open, and the default profile should be there, that's the only way that i know of >.<

    firefox.exe -profilemanager

    type that in the run menu.

    edit: then click on the profile you want, and click 'run firefox'

    export in under bookmarks>manage bookmarks>file

    i copyd and paste it and it says "url is not valid" i think am doing something wron wat is it ? lol

    If you had your previous favourites exported into a bookmarks file then you could import them back. If not then you can try to view the history for some you may have viewed recently. I always keep a copy of my favourites around after I had the same problem only 1 time.

    1. Close Firefox completely (select File > Exit from the main
    menu of Firefox).
    2. Select Start > Run... from the Windows Start menu.
    3. Enter firefox.exe -profilemanager and press OK.

    Then just select the profile you had your bookmarks on, and if you need more help, feel free to pm or msg me in any way

    the same thing happened to me and this is the link i got it off of if u follow these instructions it will work ^_^
