I remember trying to install it on my old board once and the stupid things in the member profiles kept disappearing. It wouldn't show up on one skin so I'd fix it, then they'd disappear on another skin. After a while I just gave up and junked the mod. Such a waste of 30-45 minutes

So you wouldnt suggest me attempting the install on mine? I know I am going to install the store, now that I have 2.0.x, but was also thinking about the rep and arcade as well.

But from the looks of the last couple of posts, I may reconsider the rep mod.

I wouldn't recommend it bro; I've installed mods for at least 150+ ipb boards, and still am not comfortable installing the rep mod.

Store & arcade are pretty straightforward, their is one problem with the arcade download, with the ad_arcade.php file. When you install it, let me know and i'll send you the replacement. They haven't taken the time to fix it=S

I install it on 1.3 just fine, 2.0+ is the one i hate. Theirs 2 +'s about 1.3: its free, and the rep mod works okay with it most of the time ;)

When paying for Invision Power Board, your paying for one thing: security.

As long as your careful on who you give Admin access to, and FTP access; your board is safe.

Not much can be said the same w/ vBulletion or phpBB.

If you really think about its worth paying for. Lots of reasons but my main reasons are if your gets messed up then they can fix it for you. Also they install upgrades and everything. IPB RULES!!! :D
