I Need Help With Image Ready..

Can anyone tell me where to find the thing that will let me duplicate my frame?

Im sorry if this is the wrong forum, but I coulden't find where to post it..

 

on the animation window thing..

 

On the Animation Frames area, there is a circle with an arrow. Click on it, then go to copy frame. Then, go to Paste Frame (choose Paste After Selection). Make sure you have the last frame in your animation selected when you do this.

 

I can't even find that window.

go to window/view.

and click on animation, now that window will pop up
