    Did your antivirus program tell you what the name of the virus was. Because you can try and uninstall it manually, so you wont lose any of your data.

    And 4 Gb of RAM is overkill.2 is all you need.

    4 gigs is redundant, save the money, and buy some other stuff.

    i know 4 GB of ram is overkill.. but so is 2x 512 mb video cards with the SLi connector going into a a 21 inch monitor :)
