High clients and low prices is a lot safer since if you lose a client you won't lose much money. But low clients and high prices MIGHT bring in a little more money but it's riskier. As somebody already mentioned. Aim for the middle.
go for really good qulity but for cheap,like have $5 plan that gives enough bw and space for a good site to run,but also have it really good quality just like my friends hosting.
