You can find the 2 brushes from deviantart. This is for beginners who are new to making signatures. Simple background I know, but it's nice to look at. Hope you like
    ---------------------------

1.For the first layer, use the rectangle lasso tool and select the whole image. Right click and click fill, the use the foreground colour (which should be black).

    2. Now hit ‘x’ on your keyboard to switch your foreground colour to white. Use the brushes named “Midazgrungeabstract2” on this layer and click around to spread it out evenly.

    3. Hit ‘d’ on your keyboard to switch the foreground colour back to black. Use the brushes named “3D Abstract by Flamix” for this and cover up some of the white if it is too bright.

    4. Now click the colour balance tool and use these settings for the mid-tones (0,0,50). Take the gradient tool from the centre and then drag a tiny bit upwards to the top right. This splits the colour in half.

    5. Duplicate the previous colour balance layer and switch to these settings for the mid-tones (50,0,40). Now take the gradient tool from the centre and drag it towards the bottom left until it looks nice like in the picture. Now you have 2 colours for the signature

    6. Now get a render and resize it so it fits, put it in the centre. But make it so it’s more on the side of the blue.

    7. Set the blending options of the render to luminosity and go to filter, blur, gaussian blur. Set the radius of 4.0 and now go to edit, fade gaussian blur. Use 40% for this to get a nice effect.

    8. Make sure you get a light colour from the background now and set it as the foreground colour. Select the whole image with the rectangle lasso tool. Right click and make the stroke 5 (make sure you have centre clicked). Now select the entire image again and go to stroke, set it to 1 and make sure the colour is black. Now select the inside of the border (like in the picture) and use a stroke of one pixel. Set this layer to luminosity.

    9. Now grab the text tool, set the size to 12 and use the font named pixeldust. Place this layer underneath the colour balance layers and set the colour to a light colour from the background. Now the blending options as luminosity and make a stroke on it. Put the stroke to one pixel with a colour of black.

    Hope this was helpful
