Finally! SOmeone else trhat uses the pen tool. It really is better then the lasso. One question though, how do you turn antialiasing off?
To turn off anti-aliasing, in the step where you make a selection out of the path, simply deselect the checkbox next to "Anti-Aliased". I don't recommend doing this unless you are saving it as a jpg with a background, in which case it may help with wanding. Otherwise, don't do it, as it lowers the quality of the render.
thanks, i was messing around with this the other day but couldnt figure it out, i usually use quickmask though..
i have to question i have a graphics team on a site and you think i could use your tutorial and put it in the site under tutorials? please it will be much appreciated and your name will be on it so ppl know it was you that made it if its ok that i use it
Hehe, good tut! Mine came out really crap so I deleted it But I guess I will get better in a few more tries
Interesting, but with polygonal lasso, I can make selections within the render and those parts won't be deleted. I can also add selections on to it and subtract from the saides and whatnot. Even if I double click I can just subtract from it all of the messed up part and hit shift+click and keep on going.
