    You can try offering both
premium packages, and then beginner packages or something

It matters totally about quality i would think. If you offer low quality work and stuff for high prices you wont have much clients and they might tell their freinds your service blows. Now if you have really good service and quality and you make it cheap you will be losing money pretty much since people would pay more and still not gripe..

So you need to have good quality and service with a fair price (FOR YOU AND THE CUSTOMER) and hope they spread a POSITIVE feeling about your work to freinds so you get more clients.

Offering quality hosting over quantity hosting may be more profitable, but its much harder to get clients.

If you are just starting out, people looking for quality hosting will look for a well established hosting company who they can trust, and will usually not go for brand new untested companies, even if their service is branded as "quality".

Therefore if your just starting out in the hosting industry with a new company, go for cheap quantity hosting at the start and possibly work your way up to quality hosting as you get a better reputation.
