    i dunno how the stranger got in the car, but he made sure NOBODY was in the car, thus, his wife wasn't in there, so DEAD'D

    well how do you know? where you there? did you see it happen? No.

    Maybe the chick did osmthing and the guy did somthing and the some how got locked in the car together but the chick left or somthing and then died.

    maybe they weren't driving a sedan...maybe there was a sedan on the road and he locked those doors, not the door to car his wife was in

    i got it, his wife was pregnant, she had her baby which was the stranger, and she died during the delivery.....is that right...?

    Kind of you got it for the most part.

    The stranger was a baby and the woman died in childbirth. There wasn't another person other than the baby and woman.
