Well ive only been using photoshop for about 2 days now. Its really cool and ive created some sigs. But what i was wondering is, whats the effect that a lot of people use, its looks like its sort of shining and a bunch of jagged lines and stuff, kind of like heros sig if youve seen it. Whats this effect and does anybody know where some tutorials are that tell you how to do it, my pics look bland and one dimensional, need to spice them up. ya i meant yours, like your wolverine sig, looks like a shining effect, i dont know what technique that is though cuz im a total noob, thats what i was wondering about and if theres any tuts on how to do it.
