there is many ways to do it, the one I use all the time is rectangular marquee tool. Use the fixed size instead of normal, as I can see ur sig is 500/244 u should open a new layer in the fixed size do wildth=500px height= (however big u wanted it) usually we use 2px but its up to u anyway with holding shift key do the top and the bottom part of the sig then go back to the style option where its the fixed size located and this time do wiltdh=(the same size u did before) and height=244 again with holding shift key do the left and right sides, choose the color and fill it finally if u wanna blend it and VOILA
the link works fine for me, the 'dont forget what you're playing for' is kinda unproportional, and the font, in my view, should be a bit smaller.
