3d Studio Max

    i just found that i have it on my comp..for some reason...bro probably...but i have no eartly idea how to do anything..so...if somebody has a link to some tuts or something i would be happy...

    i dunno what is that? i have c4d on my computer and i dont know how to use it :(

    3d max was the king of 3d modeling, but lately maya seems to have the market: i think its because of their great student plans/school plans and prices.

    Maya and 3d max are very similar, and compliment each other nicely. 3dmax5 is good for detailed objects...for example: cars, a grim reaper, 3d worlds, etc

    Where i find maya is dang amazing w/ details and quality of 3d animals: i once made a centuar in it

    The only difference i find in the two is animation: 3dmax5 has animation, and from memory i never could find animation for maya, or it was to complex.

    I wish i still had my old hard drive, or else i'd help you with some kickbutt 3dmax tutorials.

    I use 5, honestly..but that was only because i had windows ME. Maybe i can find you the car tutorials i created once,

    i have 3ds max 7, its the most powerful of the 3d modeling programs. theyre newest version is about 7,000 dollars.
