Anyone Bought Total War : Rome ?

yup,good game,i liked it...

 

its wikid luv it as its so much betta than its predesscoors

 

im gettin it it looks like a tight game.

My only complaint is the campaign map looks stupid. It's like downgrading from the medieval map which was FAR better. but everything else in this rocks....my friend just dl'd it tho

 

i luv everything about the game, its awesome, a must buy for any1 who aint got it, or just save ur cash for halflife2 or halo2

 

yeah, ive been meaning to buy it. ive been tossing up between that and dawn of war, cant make up my mind and my budget will only allow one of them for now

 

get rome :totalwar its more fun to play and why do you say the campaign map look stupid ?

 

i usually dont buy games unless they offer very long term play.
which is usually online games like call of duty, warcraft3, counterstrike etc.

that was leaning me towards dawn of war, is there a multiplayer at all in rome total war?

 

my mate has iit and he says its kick ass so im getting it

 

Its such a great feeling if u stand on the field with about 500 Bowmens And somehorses an Spearmens Against 5000 babarians an then they rush and there's the arrow rain.

I have ROME on my desk right now (haven't installed it yet, too busy playing Warhammer40K). If you want long term online play there is no contest between the two. How could you possilby get into the immersive gameplay of a campaign in an online game? it would take forever...
