Photoshop Elements 2.0

Ok, i have elements 2.0 now, and i was wandering how to put a layer mask on to blend.....thx alot, ummmmm, if u cud post a pic, with a circle around it, thx....

well in ps elements, do u know how to get the layers tab???
if u do, then it should be in the same place as with the other ps's
