[photoshop] Adding A Border To Sigs

You couldn't? did you click on the thin line in the border? Zoom in and try again.

 

theres prolly sumthing wrong with photoshop, a corrupt file or sumthing just reinstall if you can

 

Start making your borders on paint =).

 

as a last result i might , im lazy and dont want to find all my PS brushes again.
