[req] Good Slicer

Ok, i need a good slicer who can slice (and code) my template.
I pay 100 creds.

I want it so that you can do height="100%" and width="xxx" so that you can type text over it as long as you want, and it will still look good, because the 100% will expand.

 

50 credz ain't enuff dood. I'll do it for about 90-100, depending on the time I have.

 

I am willing to give you 90, if you do a good job on it then.

You need to slice the HOME, TUTORIALS, FORUM things, so that they will become buttons,

And then the Last Posts, Affiliates, Home, Newest Tut, Poll so that i can type text in there.

EDIT: and when i type on it, it shouldn't be sticked on the border of it, it should have some space between it.....
