As the data is stored where you see the label, the botton is just scratched plastic. tsj, add WinRAR to the ACE one, because you can open them with it too, just put winrar in all of them, it opens any files.
yeah, winace opens them all too. that's what i use. one minor setback to trillian, is it saves your buddy list on all clients. so if you share your computer, then anyone else who uses it gets your buddy list added to theirs.
Instead of telling people what programs are best, try giving links to the d/l's would help them a bit further. It is easy enough to google for them, but some people are lazy and may not google for themselves.
