Color Wont Work?

when i make all my layers and everything and i go to layer>new adjustment layer. it wont let me click on color balance...same as if it i do it to the normal way...what do i do?

 

Try resetting the settings. On startup, hold Shift + Alt +Ctrl

Thats should help.

 

When you make a new document, make sure that grayscale isnt selected.

When you click Photoshop and right before it starts to load hold shift + alt +ctrl .
