1 find a picture of a cloud and then cut a part out that has alot of texture and paste it on ur document (make sure the pieace is kinna big)

2 make it black and white
    [IMG]

3 now take ne one grunge brush and choose the eraser tool and just around the edges and sides delete to take away the squarness (this is the time to make your brush a different shape in sted of a circle)

4 now get another grunge brush and choose your eraser tool make it big enuf to cover the brush that you are making and then just delete so it has sum texture (if you erase to much go to edit fade eraser) (make sure that its a lil on the lighter side)

5 Now duplicate it twice then on the top layer set it as Multiply, color burn,or difference which of those looks best for you i chose difference

no it isnt i can prove it to you and all u do is cuttin that sides of cause if u choose a regulare brush ittl come out square so thats why you need a grunge brush to erase for some texture
