I am on the phone with tech support for my DSL bcuz i am getting 60KB d/l speed and 70 KB upload.. so i am sitting here typing IM's and he goes.. is your computer still off? i go ....yes... he goes good now turn it back on.. he has had me do the SAME sh!t over and over again for like 5 times now.. and it's all the same things i've done.. NOTHING aarrgghh i am just ----ing with him now.

Have you actually turned it off yet? You may have to reinstall the drivers and reset the modem. Or, your modem may have just gone bad.
i did i have tried it all.. i even called my cousin( network tech for big name companies) and he told me to do some stuff and still nothing...
