well i just downloaded opera after using firefox for about 3 months and hearing Gaz talking about how good opera is compared to firefox lol. and i must say, opera is a lot better. i say give it a try, i used to be an i.e. fanboy but just decided to switch over to firefox cuz of its speed. after installing opera, it was as if heaven itself opened. lol. but seriously, it has a lot of options that firefox doesnt have. only bad side is the 40$ you have to pay for it to remove the ads. and yes, i didnt pay the 40$ by the way >:] ok opinions! please structure your opinion and dont say FIREFOX RULES ALL or vice versa. thanks
Firefox, Idon't like IE showing up 50000 pop up's, even with a pop up blocker, and I'm not gonna pay 40 bucks to remove some ads
lol i have opera but it takes getting used to after working with firefox its tabs are different i just love sr
I used IE for a long time and recently just switched to Firefox. After doing a little customizing I have to say its pretty sweet.. seems to be faster and looks cooler. Opere sounds great.. but 40 bucks is something that I wouldn't want to be spending.
for me IE would be better. no way im paying 40 bucks and firefox, ive used it b4 and it gave me too much pop ups and some sites didnt show. IE is pop up free for me and everything shows.
Firefox works perfectly for me...faster than I.E. and it's free. I especially love the no pop-up update. ^_^
i'm using I.E. and i get no pop-ups everything works here except for those pop out sigs. i tried using firefox but for some reason when i make it smaller or go to a link it have to click on the screen starts too shake! very wierd
Doesn't Opera cost money? And anyhow...it's like overclocking a computer, kinda. Opera claims it's fast, but after a few tweaks to Firefox, you can blow the doors off that browser.
no guys u got it all wrong opera is free but theres this like ad on the top of ur browser about half an inch tall and that costs money to buy the pro version... its free and i had firefox jus switched to opera so much quicker
yeah its free unless you remove the ad, and its very tiny anyway. the only thing i dont like about opera is that i cant hove over the link and see what site it directs to. perhaps u can but i havent found out how yet lol oh and i just found out that when you open all browser in tabs that you stored in a folder, only 2 of them load. but that might be my pc
Pretty useful to have that feature, It is in FF, And it's very good when you are about to click a link, So you can see if it's just a fake and leads to some virus or something.
