    My doesnt lag at all either. Its weird, I only have 512mb too. It only lags when I start it up, but thats normal :-/

    I have CS2 and hate it with a passion. Unfortunately, I can't find my CS disc. The original CS (8.0) was the best Photoshop ever.

    There is no real reason to buy CS 2 imo.

    It will just be a bigger photoshop taking more space in your computer.

    Ill stick with 7.0 until they change something really important or create great new features

    I use 7.
    I have tried CS 2 and 8. But i like 7 the best for some reason :)
    Also, CS 8 messed up and deleted itself from my computer and wouldnt work anymore ;(
    Oh well, 7 is good enough for me.
